I just did the dishes, cleaned the kitchen (including the fridge), and took out the trash, all before coffee or breakfast. if I do nothing else today, I will still feel accomplished and productive.

I was telling one of the lead teachers at school that outside work I'm withdrawn, introverted, and sarcastic; her response was to burst out laughing. I'm rather bemused at my failure to convince her I was telling the truth.
